Working with Solutions

Druid Solutions allow bot authors to package configurations (flows, connectors, entities) and move these configurations between different tenants.

Solutions can be saved, exported and imported with two functionalities:

• Export / import solutions – export solution configuration and import it in a different bot or tenant.
• Take snapshot - similar to solution versioning, this feature allows bot authors to save multiple solution snapshots over time and restore the version of choice.

The snapshot and the export functionality refer only to the elements included in the solution, not to all bot configurations.
