Order Management

This solution template simplifies and accelerates the order management process by guiding the website visitor through the purchase of a product. Once the order is placed via the chatbot, the customers can ask where their package is located, the date and time of the delivery, and they can also request information about the post service.

Configure the template

After you import this solution, configure it following the procedure described in Configuring Skill Templates.

Check the order status

Once the order is placed via the chatbot, the customers can ask where their package is located, the date and time of the delivery, as well as requesting information about the post service.

In the chat, type “I want to check the status of my order”

The chatbot asks you to choose if you want to see all your orders or to filter the orders by date.

Click “Show all my orders”. The chatbot shows all the orders you've placed.

Click “View order details” for one of the orders you've placed.

Click "Add review" and provide a review for the product you've purchased.

The chatbot informs you that your review was saved.

In the chat, type “Where is my order?”

The chatbot asks you to provide the order number or the AWB code:

The chatbot will search the order in the database and will retrieve the information as below:
