The solution comes with predefined financial document templates (payment schedule, account statement, letter of guarantee, etc.) that can be easily generated via the conversational flow based on the customer's needs.

You can further customize the document library based on your needs.

Examples

Account statements

If you need an account statement, just type “I need an account statement”.

The chatbot will ask you to input the period that should be covered by the statement.

You will be asked to choose the bank account for which you need the account statement.

The account statement will be generated and you can download the .pdf file.

Letter of guarantee

This type of document is issued by a bank on behalf of one of a customers who has entered into a contract to buy goods/services from a third party. The letter of guarantee lets the supplier know that they will receive payment, even if the bank customer defaults. To obtain a letter of guarantee, the customer needs to apply for it and it can be easily issued via this chatbot skill:

1. The chatbot will ask you (as a customer) to import the documents that will allow the bank to issue the letter: last annual balance sheet, the ascertaining certificate, the registration certificate of your company, the Beneficiary, the amount of money to be guaranteed by the bank.
2. The Letter of Guarantee is generated.



3. You will be informed that the bank will approve it soon and you will receive it signed via e-mail in less than 24 hours.
