History & Logs

The Druid ChatBot Platform provides you with extensive audit logs. The following options are available on the main menu under History & Logs:

• Conversation History – contains all actions performed within the context of a conversation for the selected bot.
• Chat Activity History - provides you with extensive conversation session (chat activity) logs.
• Audit Logs – contains information about who, when and what action performed in the Druid ChatBot Portal.
• EndPoint Logs – contains information about call endpoints.
