Monitoring Your Chatbot Usage

Druid provides Chatbot administrators with various tools to monitor the usage and performance of their chatbot(s):

  • Dashboard – provide you with at a glance metrics around the conversation history data.
  • Custom dashboards - enables you to focus on the metrics and information most relevant to your role, improving efficiency and decision-making.
  • Conversation History log - provides you with all the actions performed within the context of a conversation for a specific bot.
  • Chat Activity log - provides you with extensive chat activity logs: who chatted with the bot and for how long, if the user was in live chat, all activities performed during chat, all the data provided in chat via entity attributes, the conversation messages and detailed information on the flows and the steps being executed.
  • NLU Activity History - provides you with insights on how the NLP engine was used in a conversation: how much the NLP engine was used and the NLP scores.
  • Live Chat KPIs – If you activated Live Chat on the chatbot, you can also include additional KPIs to your Dashboard.
