Capture Viber Sticker ID

Using your Viber admin account, create custom stickers on Viber. Based on the sticker ID you can guide the conversation on specific paths. To capture the sticker ID on click, in input mapping of a prompt/hero/thumbnail/choice step, enter the desired entity field or local variable.

In Viber, the sticker will display on the user’s custom keyboard and its ID will be captured on click in the entity field or local variable provided in Input mapping.
