Twilio A2P 10DLC Business Profile Template

When integrating Twilio with Campaign Manager, you must register for A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) messaging to send SMS campaigns to U.S. phone numbers. This registration is required by mobile carriers to reduce spam and ensure reliable message delivery.

To complete the registration, Twilio requires detailed information about your business, messaging use case, and campaign setup. To simplify the process, we’ve prepared a Twilio Business Profile template. Clients must fill out this template before the DRUID team can proceed with integrating Twilio with Campaign Manager.

NOTE: This step is mandatory only if the DRUID team performs the integration on the client’s behalf.

Use this file whenever you need to:

  • Set up Twilio SMS integration for Campaign Manager.
  • Register a new business or campaign under A2P 10DLC regulations.
  • Collect the required business and campaign details to submit to Twilio for approval.

Once the client provides the completed template, the DRUID team can complete the registration with Twilio and ensure that SMS campaigns are approved and functional.
