DRUID Portal
The DRUID Portal provides an intuitive and easy to use web user interface, the perfect workspace for authoring virtual assistants, conversations, and integrations with other platforms and IT systems. It has been designed for bot authoring, packaging many tools in simple environments.
Users with elevated privileges have full access rights while other users have the access rights that have been granted by their administrator based on business need to know. The way you access the DRUID Portal depends on how your admin set up user authentication.
At a glance, the DRUID Portal contains: a header, a menu and a working area.
The header contains three elements:
- Bot: Lists the bots created on the tenant. To create a new bot, click the drop-down, choose "Add new bot," and the Create New Bot modal opens, allowing you to easily create a bot. If you were working on a specific bot the last time you logged in, this drop-down automatically selects that particular bot.
- Solution: Lists the subset of bot configurations, which you can easily export and import within other enterprise tenants. E.g., let’s say that on the development tenant you create an HR bot and you want to easily use it on the testing, respectively production tenants.
- Workspace: Lists the digital rooms created on the tenant designed for business users to interact with the virtual assistants though conversations (chat and voice) and with centralized data coming from various data sources via integrations. As Workspace is a tenant-feature, so it is activated upon request.
The DRUID Portal main menu is organized to reflect the DRUID AI Platform main concepts:
- Dashboards: Provides you with various tools to monitor the usage and performance of your virtual assistant.
- NLU: Provides you with options that enable you to configure, analyze, and enhance your bot conversational AI.
- Solution Contents: Quick access to the bot designers in the context of the selected solution: Flows, Entities, Integrations, Documents, Apps and Roles. Based on your role within the organization and the business need to know, you might be restricted access from specific Designers.
- Land Bot: Lists the landing pages for all the DRUID virtual assistants in your tenant. The landing page hosts the chat panel where users can chat with the virtual assistants in an authenticated context.
- All Settings: Provides access to global Designers. The access to this area might be restricted based on business roles.
- History & Logs: Provides you with extensive audit logs.
- Administration: Contains options, settings and tools for portal and tenant administration. It is available to users with elevated privileges.
Use the Working area to concentrate on one bot and solution. DRUID filters virtual assistant elements, enabling you to focus on building smooth conversations with seamless integrations.
