Connector Host Upgrade Recommended!  This release includes features that require upgrade of your Druid Connector Host to the latest version:
  • GetConversationTranscript internal action.

What's New

  • Voice channel enables the users to talk to the bots in their preferred voice channels. As a first step, the voice channel is available within the Druid platform in technology preview, via Druid web snippet. You can prepare your chatbots as voice bots while practicing a conversation with voice inside the Druid Portal authoring or Druid web snippet hosted in Intranet or Public websites.

    • Druid delivers the speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionality by integrating Technology Partners. Druid integrates out of the box the Microsoft and Vonage speech technologies.

  • GetConversationTranscript internal action saves the conversation transcript and allows bot authors to get the conversation transcript in the conversation context. This is particularly useful if you want to send the conversation transcript to external systems.

Improvements

  • Flows Train Set: The labels DownloadTrainSet and UploadTrainSet were renamed to DownloadSolutionTrainSet and respectively UploadSolutionTrainSet.

Bug fixes

  • If you disconnect all agents from all queues (at once, from the manager flow), the Sign in button remains enabled even though the agent is disconnected.
  • Changing the bot from the main menu, Bots drop-down doesn't reload the bot details page.
  • When adding/editing input mapping on flow steps (using the flow diagram view mode), if you try to close the right side editor, an error is thrown in the console.
