What’s New?

  • Namirial (electronic signature) integration: To get envelope signing status updates, we added Namirial Callback support. Additional steps to follow have been covered in section eSignature Namirial.

  • Druid Bots: Additional Languages Available. The following additional languages are now available for Druid chatbots:

    • Afrikaans"af-AF"

    • Armenian "hy-HY"

    • Basque "eu-EU"

    • Belarusian "be-BE"

    • Catalan "ca-CA"

    • Galician "gl-GL"

    • Irish "ga-GA"

    • Latvian "lv-LV"

    • Lithuanian "lt-LT"

    • Maltese "mt-MT"

    • Serbian "sr-SR"

Improvements

  • For Hybrid deployment only! We aligned portal features with Druid Connector version compatibility: Conversation History export in Excel, NLU Activity History, Endpoint Logs, etc. are dependent on the Druid Connector host version. Corresponding notifications will be shown in Druid ChatBot Portal.

Bug fixes

  • Updates on connector actions info are now correctly propagated to all flow steps where they are used.

  • In the search criteria of Conversation history, NLU Usage history, Activity history, the flow list is filtered by the selected bot.
